Russia’s Tatneft closes acquistion of Sibur’s assets in Tolyatti

MOSCOW, Nov 1 (PRIME) -- Russian oil company Tatneft has closed an acquisition of petrochemical company Sibur in Tolyatti, the companies said in a statement on Friday.

“Tatneft expects that the deal will allow it to satisfy the needs of its tyre business Kama Tyres in the key types of synthetic rubber. The company plans to integrate the new assets into its production processes and supply chains,” the company said.
